I've run my computer repair from home since 1998 so I can charge less than brick and mortar stores & I'm open longer. BUT I don't fix physical damage like cracked screens. My focus is Customer Service. From being available at convenient hours to free brief phone consults. That means taking my customer's point of view, not the Cable Company's, not Microsoft's, not Apple's. I can come to you for $100 hour or you can drop off your machine at my place in West Hollywood for a flat rate of $125 (plus parts) no matter what needs done. Usually it can be picked up the next day. I'm more consumer/small biz based and I am less familiar with large business networks.
