Cloud9 Teknologies was created by two Managed IT Service providers. With over 30 years of combined IT experience in designing, building, supporting and maintaining SMB networks, we saw a need in the SMB market for an affordable Disaster Recovery as a Service offering. We launched Cloud9 Recovery which offers top of the line Continuous Data Protection for all critical servers, backed by an outstanding four hour Recovery Time Objective and up to less than fifteen minutes of Recovery Point Objective Service Level Agreement. Quickly after we began offering additional hosted solutions like Cloud9 Sync, Cloud9 Rack and Cloud9 Backup.
