I’ve been trying to do the “Right Thing” for CADNY customers since opening in Jan ‘09. I’ve been in the computer repair and consulting field professionally since ‘99. I do my very best to be kind, patient and honest with every CADNY client. I give free written estimates, have many flat rates and almost always “no fix no fee” quotes. I have set up my pricing and repair processes to be fair and straightforward and always try to make decisions and recommendations as if I were in your shoes with my knowledge, the goal being to help you navigate choices in your best interest.
